Chapter 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of the information services (“Services”) provided through the website (https://kaidimplant.or.kr/, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) operated by the Korean Academy of Implant Dentistry (“the Academy”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Academy.

Chapter 2: Effect and Amendment of the Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Website or otherwise notified to users.

2. The Academy may amend these Terms without prior notice, provided such amendments do not violate applicable laws, and the amended Terms will take effect upon notice in the same manner as set forth in Paragraph 1.

3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services and request membership withdrawal.

Chapter 3: Matters Not Specified in the Terms

Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act, as well as by the Academy’s internal regulations.

The Academy values members’ personal information and protects it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. Details are set forth in the Privacy Policy.

1. The Academy is not responsible for any disruption to the Services caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the user.

Chapter 11: Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Academy.

These Terms shall take effect on June 10, 2025.
