1. Pre-registration Period
• Pre-registration(Early): 2026. 09. 01(Tue) ~ 2026. 09. 26(Sat)
• Pre-registration(Late): 2026. 09. 27(Sun) ~ 2026. 10. 24(Sat)
★ After the Pre-registration period ends, the registration fee will be charged at the on-site rate.

2. Registration Fees
• Member: Pre-registration(Early) KRW 80,000 / Pre-registration(Late) KRW 100,000 / On-site registration KRW 120,000
• Student-member: Pre-registration(Early) KRW 40,000 / Pre-registration(Late) KRW 50,000 / On-site registration KRW 60,000
• Non-member: Pre-registration(Early) KRW 140,000 / Pre-registration(Late) KRW 160,000 / On-site registration KRW 180,000
• Hospital Staff: Pre-registration(Early, Late) KRW 30,000 / On-site registration KRW 40,000
★ You must complete the payment of the 2026 Annual Membership fee on the KAID website to be registered as a Member.
★ After the Pre-registration period ends, registration fee will be charged at the on-site rate.
★ On-site participants can pay by cash or credit card.
★ In accordance with the guidelines of the Korean Dental Association (KDA), an additional registration fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged for participants with more than three unpaid KDA annual membership fees (applicable only to Korean dentists).
★ Even if you attend for more than 2 hours, if you have failed to pay the Korean Dental Association membership fee for three or more times, you will not be able to receive continuing education credits, so please check in advance on the Mypage after logging in to the association's website for non-payment of annual fees.
★ For dentists who have not paid the KDA membership fee, please contact the student affairs office and request registration. (E-mail: kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr)
★ If two or more staff members register simultaneously with one director, one staff member can register for free (available after the director completes Pre-registration)

3. Registration Information
• Please proceed with registration and annual membership fee payment directly according to the guidelines on the association website.

4. Refund Policy
• Before Pre-registration deadline: Full refund
• After Pre-registration deadline: No refund

5. Registration Method
• Please click the Pre-registration for academic events button on the main page of the KAID website.
• Please click the Pre-registration Application button in the quick menu under the Upcoming Academic Conference section.
• After logging in as a member or non-member, please complete the Pre-registration Application Form.
• Please select your Payment Method (credit card or bank transfer).
• Please click the Pre-registration button at the bottom and complete the payment process as instructed, your Pre-registration will be finalized.

6. Payment Method
• Credit Card: Pay the registration fee online according to the instructions provided.
• Bank Transfer: Nonghyup Bank 301-0372-3344-61 (Korean Academy of Implant Dentistry)

7. Continuing Education Credits
• Korean Dental Association Continuing Education: 2 points (recognized for participation of 2 hours or more)
•If participation is less than 2 hours, no partial credit will be given (0 points will be recorded). Break times and lunch are excluded.
• Even if you attend for more than 2 hours,  CE credit will not be granted if you have three or more unpaid membership fees with the Korean Dental Association. Please ensure that your membership fee status is up to date.

9. Notice
• For Abstract Submission, please check the Academic Conference Notice.
• If you are driving, please use the parking lot of Busan Port International Passenger Terminal.
• Parking passes can be purchased at the registration desk on the day of the academic conference. (All-day pass: 8,000 KRW – cash or bank transfer accepted)
