The Korean Academy of Implant Dentistry (KAID) invites abstract submissions for Oral Presentations and E-Posters at the 2026 KAID Fall Scientific Meeting. We look forward to the interest and active participation of our members.

1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
• Abstracts for Oral Presentations and E-Posters may be submitted by KAID members only.
(Submissions are available after completing KAID membership registration, annual membership fee payment, and advance registration for the scientific meeting.)
• The abstract submission deadline is 11:59 PM on Friday, October 2, 2026. Abstracts must be submitted online through the KAID website. Abstracts submitted by email or fax will not be accepted.
• Abstracts must be prepared in both Korean and English.
• Abstracts that comply with the submission guidelines will be reviewed by the KAID Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent individually by Friday, October 9, 2026.
• Abstracts may be revised through the online submission system until the submission deadline. To make revisions, log in to the KAID website, click the “Abstract Submission” shortcut at the top of the page, and select “Edit.”
• No additional submissions or revisions will be accepted after the submission deadline. Please ensure that your final abstract is submitted by the deadline.
• If an abstract submitted for an Oral Presentation is not accepted in that category, the KAID Scientific Committee may reassign it to the E-Poster category.

2. Abstract Submission Procedure
• Log in to the KAID website and click the “Abstract Submission” shortcut at the top of the page.
• Select either Oral Presentation or E-Poster as the presentation format.
• Enter both the Korean and English titles of the abstract.
• Co-presenters may be entered for E-Posters only. Oral Presentations are limited to one presenter.
• Click “Attach File” and upload the completed abstract file in DOCX format.
• Click “Submit” to complete the abstract submission process.
• Select one of the following presentation categories:
- Implant Research
- Imaging & AI Implant
- Oral & Maxillofacial Implant
- Periodontal Implant
- Prosthodontic Implant
- General Dentistry & Special Care Implant

3. Abstract Preparation Guidelines
• Abstracts for both Oral Presentations and E-Posters must be submitted in Korean and English.
• Download the attached “2026_KAID_Template_KOR&ENG” Word file (DOCX), prepare the abstract using the designated template, and submit it online through the KAID website by the abstract submission deadline.

4. Oral Presentation File Submission
• To ensure the smooth operation of the scientific meeting, presentation materials for Oral Presentations must be prepared and submitted in PowerPoint format.
• The submission deadline for Oral Presentation files is 11:59 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026. No additional submissions or revisions will be accepted after the deadline. Please ensure that the final version is submitted by the deadline.
• Submit the completed Oral Presentation file by email to the KAID Secretariat at kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr.

5. E-Poster File Submission
• E-Posters must be prepared using the PowerPoint template provided by KAID and converted to PDF format before submission.
• Download the attached “E-Poster Sample_2026 KAID” PowerPoint file (PPTX) and prepare your E-Poster using the designated template.
• The E-Poster submission deadline is 11:59 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026. No additional submissions or revisions will be accepted after the deadline. Please ensure that the final version is submitted by the deadline.
• Submit the completed E-Poster PDF file by email to the KAID Secretariat at kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr.

6. Oral Presentations
• Date and Time: Sunday, November 1, 2026 / 8:00 AM ~ 9:00 AM
• Venue: Conference Hall D & F, 5F, Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center

7. E-Poster Presentations
• Date and Time: Sunday, November 1, 2026 / 1:50 PM ~ 2:50 PM
• Venue: Conference Hall E, 5F, Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center

8. E-Poster and Oral Presentations Awards
• Date and Time: Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 4:50 PM
• Venue: Conference Hall D, 5F, Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center

★ In particular, appropriate measures must be taken when preparing presentation materials to protect patients’ rights, including their rights to privacy and the use of their likeness.
★ KAID shall not be held responsible for any infringement of portrait rights, privacy rights, or disclosure of personal information arising from the publication of submitted materials on the KAID website.
★ KAID maintains strict security measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or leakage of submitted materials.
