We are recruiting group registrations for the hospital director and staff for the 2026 KAID Fall Scientific Meeting.
If the hospital director who is a KAID member completes Pre-registration for the 2026 KAID Fall Scientific Meeting, a non-member group registration for hospital staff will be available.

1. Pre-registration Period
• Early Pre-registration: September 1, 2026 (Tue) ~ September 26, 2026 (Sat)
• Late Pre-registration: September 27, 2026 (Sun) ~ October 24, 2026 (Sat)
• On-site registration: On the day of Fall Scientific Meeting

2. Pre-registration fee
• Hospital Staff: Pre-registration (Early, Late) 30,000 KRW / On-site registration 40,000 KRW
★ If two or more staff members register simultaneously with one director, one staff member can register for free (available after the director completes pre-registration)

3. Group Registration Method
The director’s Pre-registration must be completed first.
If the director has not yet completed Pre-registration or the payment has not been finalized, it will not be displayed, and group registration cannot be processed.
• During the Pre-registration period, click the link below and look up the “Director’s name” whose Pre-registration has been completed.
• Clicking "Director's Name" will automatically select the affiliated hospital name.
• Click the number of people you wish to register as a group, then enter participant information (name, mobile phone number, email address) for each person you want to register.
• After entering the applicant and payer information, you can agree to the terms and conditions.
• After confirming the final payment amount, please proceed with a credit card or bank transfer.

4. Inquiry
• The registration fee is treated as fully tax-exempt.
• After payment is completed, a digital name tag will be sent to the staff member’s personal mobile phone.
