The Korean Academy of Implant Dentistry (KAID) kindly invites submissions for the 2026 KAID 50 Anniversary International Scientific Meeting. Please refer to the following guidelines for abstract and E-Poster submission.
Outstanding E-Poster presenters and all oral presenters will be granted a registration fee waiver.
Only KAID members can submit abstracts for oral and E-posters.
(Membership registration - Annual fee payment - Applications can be made after pre-registration for academic conferences.)
Please show a lot of interest and participation.
1. Abstract Submission
• Deadline: February 20, 2026 (Friday)
• File Type: DOCX (recommended size ≤ 1MB)
• Template: Download the attached "2026_KAID_Template_KOR&ENG" word file
• Submission Method: Online abstract submission system via the KAID website (www.kaidimplant.or.kr)
• Notice: Abstracts can be modified on the website until the submission deadline. No changes will be accepted after the deadline.
2. E-Poster File Submission
• Deadline: March 22, 2026 (Sunday)
• File Type: PDF (recommended size 10MB)
• Template: Download the attached "E-Poster Sample_2026 KAID" powerpoint file and convert it to a PDF file
• Submission Method: E-mail (kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr)
• All posters will be presented in electronic format (E-Poster).
• Please ensure that the final version is submitted before the deadline, as no revisions will be accepted afterwards.
3. Oral Presentation File Submission
• Deadline: March 27, 2026 (Friday)
• File Type: PPT (recommended size ≤ 100MB)
• Submission Method: E-mail (kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr)
• Please ensure that the final version is submitted before the deadline, as no revisions will be accepted afterwards.
4. Outstanding E-Poster & Oral Presentation
• Date: March 29(Sun), 2026
• Venue: Park Hee-taek Hall (1F, Convergence Building), College of Medicine, Seoul National University
• For detailed presentation times, please refer to the conference agenda.
**Please be careful not to expose the patient's personal information included in all presentations.
**In particular, please take measures when producing the presentation so that the patient's rights, including portrait rights, are not violated.
