The Korean Academy of Implant Dentistry (KAID) kindly invites submissions for the 2025 KAID Fall Scientific Meeting. Please refer to the following guidelines for abstract and e-Poster submission.

Outstanding E-Poster presenters will be awarded registration fee waivers and prizes and awards. In addition, all Oral presenters will be granted a registration fee exemption, and outstanding Oral presenters will be awarded prizes and awards.

Only KAID members can submit abstracts for oral and e-posters.
(Membership registration - Annual fee payment - Applications can be made after pre-registration for academic conferences.)

Please show a lot of interest and participation.

1. Abstract Submission
•Deadline: September 26, 2025 (Friday)
•File Type: DOC (recommended size ≤ 1MB)
•Templelet: Download the attached "2025_KAID_Template_KOR&ENG" word file
•Submission Method: Online abstract submission system via the KAID website (www.kaidimplant.or.kr)
•Notice: Abstracts can be modified on the website until the submission deadline. No changes will be accepted after the deadline.

2. E-Poster File Submission
•Deadline: October 17, 2025 (Friday)
•File Type: PDF (recommended size 10MB)
•Templelet: Download the attached "E-Poster Sample_2025 KAID" powerpoint file and convert it to a PDF file
•Submission Method: e-mail (kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr)
•All posters will be presented in electronic format (E-Poster).
•Please ensure that the final version is submitted before the deadline, as no revisions will be accepted afterwards.

3. Oral Presentation File Submission
•Deadline: October 17, 2025 (Friday)
•File Type: PPT (recommended size ≤ 100MB)
•Submission Method: e-mail (kaid@kaidimplant.or.kr)
•Please ensure that the final version is submitted before the deadline, as no revisions will be accepted afterwards.

4. Outstanding E-Poster & Oral Presentation
•Date: October 26, 2025 / 15:00~17:00
•Venue: Seojung-sun Seminar Room (8F), Seoul National University Dental Hospital
•The presentation schedule for outstanding E-Poster & Oral presenters will be announced later.
