The New Millennium Implant Club (NMIC) was founded in 2004 by Dr. Moon-Hwan Jeong as a private academic platform dedicated to sharing clinical techniques and treatment experiences in implant dentistry in Korea. The organization was later renamed the New Millennium Club (NMC).

At the 3rd Anniversary Symposium held in 2007, Professor Makoto Shiota and Professor Hidekazu Takahashi from Japan were invited as international speakers and delivered lectures. This event became the foundation of the continuing academic exchange between Korea and Japan.

Since hosting the first regular Korea–Japan academic exchange meeting in Seoul in 2014, NMC has continued to organize joint scientific conferences annually, alternating between Korea and Japan and promoting ongoing academic collaboration between the two countries.

As KAID Vice President Cho Seunghun will be hosting this year's conference in Busan, we look forward to your interest and attendance.
